When I arrived I expected to be met in arrivals. I was told by the driver to meet him at one of the car parks away from the terminal building. I had to go out into the rain to try and follow his directions but was not able to find him. Eventually the airport bus service brought me to the car park where I had to pay the taxi driver an additional £55 (for what I don't know as he was not paying for the car park but I paid it anyway as it was late and I needed to get to Hull). On the journey, bearing in mind I was at this stage soaked wet the driver kept opening the window as I could see he was almost falling asleep and he was trying to stay awake by opening the window. This opening and closing of the window made the journey extremely uncomfortable and knowing the the driver was trying to stay awake mad the journey very worrying. I would like to get a refund of the £55 that I paid the driver as this was never part of the agreement and any delays were beyond my control and down to airport delays. I would appreciate a response without delay.

Not the drivers fault..I had called 2x and spoke to an agent to have the pick up address changed to 60 Bootham...in fact I spoke to an agent the afternoon before the morning I was to be picked up. I had also posted the edit as instructed to have the pick up address adjusted. No one ever did anything!!!! The driver called my home number and my husband told him I was at 60 Bootham...not 23 Bootham. After the call the driver came to 60 Bootham ...late because my reservation was never amended. The driver was very nice...the service from customer service is AWFUL, since they do nothing...driver given a tip on site
