“Driver was good. However: Website taxicode.com advertised as if BMW5 series would be provided: I selected this option and was charged more- about 2GBP more. BMW5 series was never provided. Overall: you overcharged for this journey. It was only an 11 miles journey. I used your same website in March 2022 for this same journey and it was 40GBP but in June 2022 I was charged 83GPB. I WILL NOT USE YOUR WEBSITE FOR BOOKING A TAXI AGAIN. I will also warn others.”
