“I tried to cancel this car as the price was extortionate for a 10 minute drive at £56. I tried to get through to your team but there was no answer so i left a message. I finally got through to someone 15 minutes before the drive was scheduled for and they told me they would still be charging us! I am keen to retrieve a refund please. Thank you. ”
