“Our taxi was booked for 2pm. He arrived at 1.38pm, stayed for 20mins and left before we were there. We called him to find out where he was at 2.05 to be told he only waits 20 mins from when he arrives regardless of booking time! He did offer after a lot of back and forth to come back and collect us but at 2.25 he still hadn’t appeared. Luckily we were able to grab another taxi and make our flight ”

“Driver communicated well with us and the journey was pleasant”

“Cheated out my money and never got any pick up. Changed the journey and the person on the phone removed the wrong leg. Taxi driver who was 2 minutes away refused to do the pick up and the company phone lines did not open for another 2 hours. Same journey was £9.50, Taxicode was £35”

“véhicule not corresponding to the reservationThis site that does not respect the customer.Following a reservation error I had to wait about a month to obtain reimbursement after multiple reminders. I do not recommend this site”
