“A 7 seater vehicle was provided for our 8 passengers for both journeys. 4 passengers sat in discomfort on the rear 3 seats. Not an acceptable booking. ”

“Absolutely shocking experience and will never use again. Booked 3 cars, was 20 mins late which made us late for the function, 2 cars where sent (an Amber cars and Uber taxis) both drivers rude and cars dirty etc. for just under £70 it was the worst experience ever, I’d really like a refund tbh ”
