Awful, most awful taxi company there is I am making sure this company get taken down as I’ve used use twice and both failed !! Ridiculous 100% want my refund for both my journeys, and if not I will be taking this further

Firstly I liked our driver and don't think this was on him at all. Our flight was delayed and I spent a long time trying to ring the multiple numbers provided to notify them of the delay, I messaged and asked if someone could confirm the receipts of my messages and calls to say they were aware of our flight delayed. Despite saying their phone lines were open 24/7 I received no confirmation and none of my calls got through. It was a late flight and I was obviously apprehensive about having a way home. When we arrived at arrivals despite it being a meet & greet service, no one was there, I walked around arrivals, I tried calling the numbers again. We had no way of knowing where our car was, if it had arrived or not and couldn't get in touch with anyone to check. We attempted to get an uber since we all needed to be home and had work the next day before finally receiving a call from the driver who couldn't explain clearly where he was and so I then had to walk around the airport trying to locate him. Finally found him and it was fine but I'm incredibly disappointed with the lack of communication and lack of a clear meeting point especially considering how late it was.
