“DO NOT BOOK via this portal EVER! Very unreliable service and it's just the booking portal as the company they allocated to us called me a few days before and said that they are not capable to fulfill the booking and informed Taxicode, but never heard from them. I called Taxicode a few days before and on the day of the booking they reassured 100% the minibuses are coming on time, 5 min past the time they had to pick us up I called again saying the bases are not here and then they confirmed that they can't fulfil the booking!!! I had event with clients it was embarrassing stressful, very unprofessional services and DO NOT TRUST”
