“Vlad was absolutely amazing! He had so much interesting knowledge to share about the area. He went out of his way to request to be our driver on our return trip from Stonehenge so he could show us around Salisbury on our way back to the train station. He was so wonderful, I wish he could drive us around the rest of our UK trip. Thanks Vlad!”

“The driver was great, was on time, offered us water, helped put bags into the back of the car, and drove us safely down the road to our Airbnb in Shrewton. We had prepaid 49 pounds on your website but. the driver didn't know anything about that. He was trusting and was ok with us not paying him for the ride, stating that he would let his boss know. The only other discrepancy was that the ride fair was only 41.31 pounds so I had overpaid 7.69 pounds unfortunately. Aside from this trip, I tried to book another one for this morning at 5:00am for a sunrise tour of Stonehenge. This booking was canceled late last night at 8:40pm so I tried to rebook it but it did not work out. My sister and I were not able to make it to our tour, no refund is available, so we have essentially lost 160 pounds. My feedback is that if you are not able to book a requested taxi 24 hours in advance of the time it is needed, you need to cancel the booking at least 24 hours in advance, not 8 hours and 20 mins before the taxi is needed. Additionally, you should state on your website that if a person needs a taxi booked within the next 24 hours, then call one of the 24/7 taxi services - this was not an option when I was trying to rebook a taxi at 9:00pm at night after you canceled the booking. As an international traveler, these 2 changes would make a big difference if I had to do it all over again. ”
