Operating Hours With immediate effect, bookings undertaken between the hours of: 3am to 5pm Monday to Friday 3am to 1pm Saturdays Our office hours to make advance bookings will be open from: 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday 9am to 1pm Saturdays There may be times when your call is forwarded direct to a driver or our voicemail system. If you wish to make, amend, cancel a booking outside of our new office hours please leave a message. All voice mails are checked and responded to regularly. Covid-19 and Lockdowns has reduced our fleet and driver numbers. Only I – Simon Kitchen – and one vehicle are available for bookings. Hence the new business working hours. No minibus. 4 passengers max. ONLINE BOOKINGS: MINIMUM 24HRS NOTICE REQUIRED. Booking online is NOT CONMFIRMED until the request has been reviewed and availability checked. The enquiry/booking will only then be processed by either the following: ENQUIRY ACCEPTED: Availability confirmed after checking existing bookings in place. Card payment deducted and confirmation e-mail sent. ENQUIRY CANCELLED: Unable to undertake, due to existing bookings in place. No payment deducted, no booking in place.
