“I called the driver 2 days before and mentioned that we do not need a big vehicle as we are only 4 people instead of 5. I hoped that If we are less, the price could be reduced a bit. But it wasn't. The driver was approximately 15 minutes late and did not call me that he is not on time, nor apologized for it. There was a child seat in the car, but the driver could not make the child Seat ready for my daughter and did not even try to do so. So we went without the seat. Is it possible to get some money back because WE were not happy with the service? Kind regards, Sonja Christof-Köchl ”

“How would I know why he was late? Supposed to be met in the arrivals hall but had to walk to a pick up point in a car park. The fare for the journey was hugely overpriced. Overall, not impressed.”

“Our driver Ali was amazing. On time, polite, helpful and a great driver. Felt really comfortable with the way he drove us to the airport 10/10 for him will be using again in the future for sure! ”
