“Your system is without doubt the most incompetent and appalling organisation and I intend to report it to the county trading office, On 20th June I tried repeatedly to give details of the address to the driver, There was no one at your office to take the call. The system was totally unmanned, This is totally unacceptable, The driver did not know where to go and could not honour the drive, I expect full compensation and a full apology for your quite appalling service, unless I receive reimbursement and a full apology I will also post a full adverse report on Trip Advisor”
