“We asked for the driver to arrive earlier than planned and they were abme to do this. The driver was polite and helpful and we arrived on time!”

“The taxi driver was half an hour early and kept calling me to leave the wedding I was attending. He also charged me extra to drop a passenger off on on route, he said £10 and I said no £5, so he agreed but then charged my card £10 when I checked in the morning.”

“Outward Journey OK But return Journey should have picked up at 23:30 Waited till 23:45 with no contact from driver Attempted to call main phone, but engaged Gave up waiting and managed to get a lift home as didn't want to be stranded Received a Txt at 23:50 saying he was 5 min away, but phoned him at 23:55, and he was clearly still not there as he was driving. Told him taxi was no longer required as it was too late. DO NOT CHARGE ME FOR THE RETURN TRIP ”
