“Our driver was courteous and on time, however we had specifically ordered the 16 seater VIP minibus, instead the vehicles supplied were one large people carrier type of car and another standard sized car. We payed over £160.00 expecting to all travel together in a VIP vehicle, instead we were split into 2 vehicles, neither of them being VIP standard vehicles. This was for a corporate event so did not reflect well on us as a company, so I would be hesitant to use your company again. If I was to know that we would not be supplied with the 16 seater VIP mini bus we could have traveled used standard black cabs or even Uber/Addison Lee. How can you rectify this? ”
