“A Mercedes Benz Viano was ordered and paid for. A sedan was provided that could accommodate the luggage. The luggage info was provided in the booking. Thus, I will stop payment on the cc charge until I receive a credit for the differences in the vehicle ordered and confirmed and the vehicle provided. ”

“Can’t fault Graeme, the driver, however l forgot to change the date to the following day when booking the time of 00:30 so rang up within a few minutes but I had to pay £10 to change it. That in my eyes is a rip off. ”
