“My driver, Sonny with Auto Airport Executive Cars, was phenomenal—professional, flexible, courteous, and right on time. I would absolutely recommend Sonny and his service. HOWEVER, my experience with Taxicode was completely different. ZERO stars for Taxicode. Their booking information states, “To amend or cancel your booking please call 0333 772 9737.” I called that number several times because I needed to cancel my ride. I left voicemails and also opened a case through the chat function on their website. Three days later, I still have not received a single call back or resolution. How can a company provide a number specifically for amendments and cancellations, yet make it virtually impossible for a customer to cancel a booking? I also found Taxicode’s pricing to be significantly higher than other taxi options in the area. Based on my experience, I would NOT recommend booking through Taxicode. There are cheaper and more responsive taxi companies available locally. Again, Sonny and Auto Airport Executive Cars were excellent and deserve five stars. My complaint is specifically about Taxicode, its booking process, lack of responsiveness, and my inability to get assistance when I tried repeatedly to cancel my reservation.”

“Hi there, I am still awaiting a refund on this journey as the driver never showed as he went to completely the wrong location. By the time a second driver could come out, it was too late to be worth it. It has been 3 weeks since this happened and your policy said the refund should be received with 5working days”
