“The booking I made was for three drop offs. The taxi driver who you engaged only had two which meant there was an extremely awkward 15 minutes of argument about the booking. The firm you booked with was adamant that they were only doing two drops offs for the price they had been paid which meant we were going to have to pay for the third drop off - something which had been included in the price we paid to you. It spoilt what had been an entirely lovely evening.”

“Booking system is disconcerting. Customer pays first then is at the mercy of the drivers to accept/decline the booking. I got 4 texts telling me the car type/reg. This is because drivers accepted then rejected the job. What happens if no-one accepts? You already have my money so I have no choice but to wait for someone and can’t take my business elsewhere. Not ok with that.”
