“The driver did not meet us at the gate and we were confused where we we would meet him despite several phone calls. It seems to me he was leaving it until the last moment to enter the car park to reduce his costs. I notified you when we had landed and called him once we'd gone through security and so we did everything we were asked so he could meet us at the gate. He was courteous and the journey was great once we started but the uncertainty when we were at the Arrivals gate means I cannot award you 5 stars.”

“Not happy with the service as the driver did not turn up on both occasions . If I had not received this form for completion I would have been writing to you to express my disapointment with the service or lack of it, for which I had paid in advance.
I do realise there were problems with train delay I, but even so I did not receive a fare deal as I had to pay cash for other taxiis to and from the station
I was going to write to you & ask as a good will gesture you recocompence me part of the fare that I had already paid you. im advance.
I would be grateful if you would acknowledge this reply.
If I get a postive response I will not be advising other cruise passengers to avoid using your Taxi firm.

“Not only did you provide me with the wrong car, I have been billed twice!!!
You correctly billed me (Paid to Windsor Cars Driver) on 24 Sep (the date of service).....but then you billed me again as Southtax Cars on 29 Sep.
Credit my account immediately!
