“Driver was lovely, but he was impossible to reach when I needed to change the timing of the outward journey. Then didn't turn up on the return. Made us wait over 40 minutes and never showed up and it was absolute poor service and left us stranded.”

“I had to chase the service only to be told that the driver was on his way - no proactive messaging. I purposely booked a taxi so that we could be at our destination on time. However, It would have been quicker and much cheaper to grab a taxi from the rank. Then, when the driver arrived he was quite surly and surprised there were five of us. The vehicle wasn't ready for us to get into - the seats had to be pulled up. It looked like he hadn't been told it was a pick up of five people. As he was trying to make up time he drove quite irratically which concerned each of us. NOT HAPPY AT ALL. And to have paid nearly £50 for the service is adding insult to injury.”
