“The driver arrived at exactly the time booked. However we were told our flight would be monitored which it obviously wasn’t as we waited 30 minutes for collection. The car was a 10 year old basic car and not a Mercedes’ e class as advised. We had already paid for the service before the date provided. Very disappointed with the service. ”

“The driver was nice, came a few minutes before the pickup time. The car was clean. Reason for 4 stars: the driver wore a really strong perfume and he drove very fast on smaller roads, I did not feel very safe.”

“I think you should be aware that your older customers do not use smart phones . We waited at the Ferry Terminal where every other taxi turned up but not ours. It is no good to find his messages on my iPad when I get home ! You were aware that we are both in our eighties. The driver was very pleasant but failed to know where the large Hancock Museum was and took us to the wrong place initially, he had been in Newcastle for 15 years ! We have already tipped him. ”

“We had an extra small case that we wanted to put on the back seat between my Son and I. Fahim said he wasn’t insured to do that and it wasn’t allowed. Then he said I must pay him an extra fee of £90 or we would have to leave the case. Our flight was at 1405 so I had no choice but to agree to this extortionate charge. Absolutely disgraceful and immoral. The case was put on the back seat with no detriment to anyone. I am completely disgusted with this behavior which was nothing short of blackmail.
