“The journey reads £28 but it was a mistake on the system through no fault of mine. However, I was charged the full £12 difference on the morning of the journey with no option other than putting my £28 towards another trip but I hardly ever use taxis. This was a bad deal for the customer with the company, surprisingly taking no responsibility for the error by sharing any part of the balance You are welcome to publish this. The driver was on time and courteous and friendly. ”
