“The driver was lovely! He called me at the time of pick up to say your company had just given it to his and he was o way but would be an hour late. This was not his fault but your company highly unprofessional I had an important client hanging around an hour. You should not have accepted the booking. I even phoned and someone confirmed you would be on time!!! Very poor service, possibly first and last time I will use your company. The driver was lovely, luckily for your company. POOR!! IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS FOR QUESTION 1 I WOULD ”
