“Our first driver was just over 20 mins late, apparently due to traffic. He did however phone us to let us know. He seemed to have trouble using his sat nav and initially I was a bit nervous in the car, he was holding his own phone in his left hand looking at the map whilst driving and he kept braking every time a car came in the opposite direction, he didn’t initially convey a feeling that he was confident in the journey he was about to make. He did however get us to the destination and apologized when he dropped us off. He was very pleasant. Our return driver was on time and we had an excellent return journey back. ”

“The driver was updating me via phone while on his way, but the pick up at arrival lounge ended up being 25mins the booking time. However he has been extremely courteous and safely drove us to destination.”
