“Your website mentions “we will monitor flight arrival times” and to my surprise, my driver was no where to be seen! We had our flight diverted then arrived at our agreed upon location and we’re stuck in the middle of the night without any way of getting home. Mind you, this would have been avoided had you actually “monitored our flight arrival time”. If you have no intentions of monitoring this, DO NOT put it on your website, it is false advertisement! We paid for a service which wasn’t provided in the slightest! ”
