“When booking I had a few problems and I hope they have been resolved by the bookings team and Accounts. The rest was a breeze... The driver called us, in advance, to say that he'll be 10 minutes late due to bad traffic. On route we encountered some bad traffic but, our driver was really good and made every effort to expedite the journey with great care. We reached Manchester airport with ample time to spare. We wish to thank the driver for his polite and caring approach and for the very comfortable trip. We'll be returning.”
