“The driver was great and got me home after an exhausting 24 hours travelling. He said he waited longer at the airport than he expected. The problem for both of us was lack of communication. I did not receive the promised text I paid online £1.50 for. I did not receive confirmation of the booking so had to chase it up by phone. The person I chased it up with did not pass on messages about flight delays to the driver. These problems added stress for both driver and passenger, which could have been avoided. I gave a tip to the driver direct.”
