“i asked for a package to be dropped and it was delivered to the wrong building. i had to go and find the building it was sent to as the driver said he was busy to rectify his mistake. he only called me after the package was delivered ”

“Our driver was delightful. A real gentleman but he admitted that he was not used to Terminal 3. The Terminal is very difficult especially for travellers with mobility problems like my wife. Your drivers need better briefing on this Terminal and where to pick up passengers. I would say that we really liked the driver who was very patient with us.”

“I booked from taxicode the mercedes and then open asset confirmed with me having range rover !! And when i called explaining i want what i booked, they told me that if you want it, you need to pay extra as taxicode did not provide them with enough money for the mercedes and i only get range rover !! So i had to pay 50£ extra to book for mercedes !! Worst taxicode company ever !!!”
