“Excellent driver, friendly and punctual. However he did not know that the road was closed, so we had to go a different route and were late. Also I had specifically asked for an unbranded car, as it was to travel to my wedding, and was promised (by a very nice helpful man on the phone) a mercedes viano but the vehicle which came on the day had a taxi number on the side. If I’d wanted a taxi with branding I probably could have paid less!”
