“The company you provided demanded an additional £35 for the journey. The car was a 2018 Toyota Prius. The driver was on time (journey was to the airport from hotel). I didn’t have an issue with the vehicle provided but it wasn’t what I’d paid for and I’m very unhappy with having to pay and extra £35. Disappointed with the extra cost and not the car type / size I had agreed.”
