“Driver was excellent. He was let down by not being informed of correct pick-up directions which were included on the original order. Driver was also given a pick-up time of 06:00 instead of the requested 06:30. This meant the poor chap was in the wrong place and at least 30 minutes too early.”

“Taxi going was great - no complaints However Taxi for the return journey, never picked us up and on contacting the company, was incredibly rude and unhelpful. The taxi claims to have arrived but as we were not stood there, drove off to pick up another fare, Service level = DREADFUL ”
