taxi from the airport which was supposed to include meet and greet at the terminal (WH smith). The driver said he was there at 2.25 and 10 minutes later we had collected our luggage and were outside (even though it was supposed to be meet and greet). The terms say there is a 30 minute grace period for waiting. The driver then said he had a flat tyre and was stuck on the motorway but following the live tracking he actually drove to another destination. so wasn't on the motorway with a flat tyre, he probably just didn't want to come and meet us. I had a 5 month old baby and a 16 month old and we stood outside in the car park on a hot day for 30 minutes waiting for another taxi that arrived at 3.10pm. It's a really poor experience and didn't deliver the service that we paid for. Asked for a 20% discount off the fair due to the issues but was only offered off my next booking which won’t be happening after the poor service and failure to address my complaint.

Complete mix up with driver. He arrived before we even landed, I don’t know why as we still had to go through passport control and collect luggage. No one at designated meeting point to meet us. Sorted in the end though.
