“This was a very rude driver. He made us pay him an additional 20 pounds. He stated he was unaware we had 6 riders. He complain about our amount of luggage. He complained that he had been waiting for over 30 minutes because he arrived early. We were not aware he was even there early as our pickup time was 8:30am. He argued with us and was rude the entire ride. Never again!!! ”

“I have received a smaller vehicle than the one I requested, but the staff were helpful and reply back to my messages instantly. They offered me a discount and a refund of the difference between the price. The driver was on time and cooperative. I’m totally satisfied of the service.”

“The taxi journey did not take place. The driver was not at the pick up at 5am nor did he call to let us know he was on his way. This has been the custom with all prior bookings. We were unable to wait for him any longer as we had an important flight to catch so we chose an alternative company. I expect a full refund.Thank you”

“The taxi journey did not take place. The driver was not at the pick up at 5am nor did he call to let us know he was on his way. This has been the custom with all prior bookings.
