“Taxi did not arrive at the time booked and paid for. After 4 calls, whilst standing outside ROH on freezing cold evening, were told on their way. Finally, after 20+ mins when a car with correct Reg Plate arrived, would not accept us as incorrect name. Phoned company again and put the (Uber) driver on and we were eventually taken to our destination. Would not use again.”
