“We were told to go to car park 2( where its A or B, not numbers) After a min or two messaged is it level 2. reply was yes. Then waited there for at least 5 mins before I called to say he wasnt coming. Got a message saying go to levell 5. It was the most confusing pick up, with no precise information. The driver wasnt appologetic so decided not to tip him. On a positive note, he was a careful driver.”

“We booked to be collected at St Pancras International. On arrival told to walk 10 minutes with luggage to the King George pub. We had about 9 phone calls during which time the operator and I could not understand each other. We eventually were told that a white Prius would pick us up. This turned out to be a silver VW. the driver was given the wrong name and only took our fare after talking to the taxicode operator on my phone. Not a good experience. ”
