I had made it clear with the person who took the booking that I wanted the driver to call me ahead of 11 am because I wanted to make sure the driver knew which area of Stratford International he would driving to. There are four different areas for collection at Stratford international. This was the first time I was using your service
Also you charged me £33 for what was a 4 or 5 mile drive. Because your driver was late, I hired a taxi to get to my appointment on time.He charged £ 10. Your charging is excessive”

“The taxis were booked for 19.15 however by 19.33 no taxis had arrived. We contacted the number given who advised the taxis were there (they were not). Eventually had to order 2 new taxis and the company refused to give a refund!”

“I incorrectly entered the time (as We right time differently. I had also asked to change the destination many days prior which should have also lessened the fair. They were unwilling to do that or exchange the fare for the next day. Lesson learned- don’t book a taxi online”
