“The driver and service received were fine, but we didn't receive anywhere close to the vehicle that we booked. Our driver turned up with a FIat Tipo for both journeys which was in no way adequate or appropriate compared to what we booked. The purpose of the taxi booking was to pick important customers up from the train station and them receiving a small hatchback did not send a good impression. ”
