“There was an error on the booking form – 1am was selected, not 1pm as required. I supplied the flight number which shows the flight was at 1pm on the 6th April and should have alerted the driver to the error on the booking form. Reading your online help documents, it says the drive will ‘keep an eye on the flight details’. The flight details were obviously not checked by the driver or London Concorde Cars. We had no call from the driver when they must have been waiting. Your confirmation email stated that they would not be able to supply the baby seat I had requested. Which drew my attention as the baby seat was why we were using your service in the first place to insure a safe trip. So that took my focus and I missed that the time stated on the email was 01:00:00 with that many zeros it’s easy to miss that this was actually a 24 hour time code.”
