“The taxi didn't turn up. Despite calling the number I didn't get an answer so I had to organise another taxi from the airport. I later had a call from someone who said that the booked taxi had been in an accident and he was trying to get another car. Can you please refund the £79.90. Thank you.”

“All good, but a very high price. Thanks guys but I think you already included a huge tip in your fee. If I had enough notice to book a local firm in time, it would have been half this price. So thanks. You did well, but my bank card doesn't stretch any further.”

“Driver would have got full marks if he didn't become so defensive.. Driver arrived on time but became argumentative when we tried to explain where we were in relation to pick up. He took at least 10-15mins before we were actually located exactly where we said we were.... On the ground floor. He being on the first.”
