“Excellent and professional service”

“The car was fine and the taxi driver was pleasant. He was on time and contacted me as soon as I landed which was nice. The problem was the communication of where he was for us to meet and we spent some minutes trying to establish this which was frustrating after a long days travelling. If the instructions were clearer about where I should go it would have been easier. ”

“There was a delay in collection through no fault of the driver. The airport was busy and transport impacted due to railstrikes. This meant the motorway and network leading to the airport was clogged with traffic making it impossible for anyone travelling to and from the airport to be on time. The driver was very good and kept me informed throughout the delay and whilst he himself was stuck in stand-still traffic. ”

“To be fair the driver was very sorry and it doesn’t seem it was his fault, it was the fault of the taxi code as they failed to send the booking to them; i had to chase twice and prove I had a booking I was not on their system and he said it was a good job he was local or we would not have had any taxi arriving ”
