“Hello - the trip from our hotel in Marlborough to Oxford was fantastic. We were never picked up for our trip back to the hotel! We communicated a change in pick up at 10 am, noon, 3 pm, and 8. No response to any of these messages. We then got a call at 9 pm. The driver told us he could change and get us FOR 180 lb CASH. A total F’ing shake down. Deplorable. We will do everything possible to recover our lost funds. We had to secure a bolt very late in the evening just to get home.”

“We are so happy with the service we received from Taimar Cars! They were right on time, friendly and managed the carnage of taking us too and from a festival with no fuss at all. They were able to collect us early due to tired children and ensured we were able to enjoy our day knowing our transport was sorted. A big thank you to them! ”
