“At Heathrow there was no meet and greet. No way to talk to the driver . Office lied to us about the time of pickup. - I spend almost $100 in phone charges trying to find the transport. . Transport was three hours late.
The driver was marvelous when we finally got him.
The problem is TAXICODE--farming us out to different operators. We had just as much trouble with the return trip- no communication. And the driver did not leave enough time to get to our place - we had to hire extra transport to meet him in the village. I paid 10 pounds to change the pickup from 8 pm to 7:30 PM , and he came at 5 PM and asked us to find transport to a nearby village parking lot. I spend $200 to get our group to the driver. Again, when we got him he was amazing- a wonderful man!”

“After booking with I thought was Barnes Taxis I received a very impressive email detailing all the information regarding the flight number a time of arrival and Terminal number T5.
Upon arriving at Heathrow on time I was expecting to see the driver with my name on a card.No driver and no phone call to say he would arrive soon. I called the two numbers on your email but all I got after calling three times was automated answer’s saying no one was available. Eventually I got a call from a driver who end up a really nice guy. Th make things worse he was told to go to T2. Also I was quoted £50 but was charged £59 why was this. My wife was taken I’ll on holiday and just wanted to get home asap.This was an awful experience and I would like a full refund please.Please reply asap.Michael Williams ”

“Extremely disappointing service. I've since deleted the App and do not recommend it to anyone. I booked a taxi to collect me from Heathrow after a long haul overnight flight. Booking was easy and got a booking confirmation email and in the App itself, but no taxi appeared to be booked. I was left calling around - two different confirmation booking emails with two different companies. When I called them neither had actually accepted the booking, so no taxi. The money had of course been taken by TaxiCode. Thankfully one of the firms took pity on me and subsequently took the booking - but this was after me having to call around and wait at the airport for 1.5 hours. Terrible service. Do not use.”
