“Hi there, Unfortunately my cab driver was unable to find us or give us an accurate pick up location. He told us to meet at hotel football and was not where we expected. There was too much traffic for him to reach us and there was a miscommunication where he could not accurately give us his location and he could not get to us promptly because of traffic around the stadium. We had a train to catch back to London (last train at 20:15) and we would have missed it if we waited for home. Consequently, we took the tram instead. I do not blame the driver as it was a tough situation but considering we did not take the ride, I would appreciate a refund of the full amount of £30. Thanks for your understanding, Houston ”
