“On the outbound journey the driver didn't seem to know what I'd booked and that a pick up was required at the Higher Trapp. I had to show him the acknowledgement of my order. On the return journey the driver didn't have the postcode to Higher Trapp despite my documenting it on my order, then when I gave it to him he went passed the hotel and I had to let him know he had gone passed it.”
