“My booking got cancelled 2 days before my trip (no reason given). When I went to rebook, the price went up by 30% to £84. I was generously given a voucher for £5 that didn’t work in the email that cancelled my booking though. The vehicle was also different to what I had booked ( the website should have never let me book an unavailable vehicle in the first place ). Despite the website stating the driver would be in a suit, he was just in casual clothing. Despite the website stating water would be provided - the term “guaranteed” is used on the site (I had a 3 hour journey after the ride so it would have been nice to have some) - the driver didn’t have any.”
