“I made this booking for my parents. Despite the fact I provided their phone number and made it clear that I was booking on their behalf, I still received a phone call at the time of their arrival at the airport. The driver then made them walk out of the airport area with their cases to avoid him paying for the pick-up charge, despite the fact I selected the meet & greet at arrivals option. Finally the driver delivered my parents to the wrong hotel, despite the fact I provided the correct address. As they were unfamiliar with the area it was too late by the time they noticed. ”
