“The driver picking us up was at least 20 minutes late, we were heading to a wedding so felt quite stressed about this. He was lovely and really did his best to make up time. It*s a shame really because our driver on the return journey was 5 mins early. I appreciated the courtesy call in the morning confirming pick up time and address that reassured me that everything would go smoothly. I also thought the booking process via the website was easy and efficient and I was happy to pay up front so as not to worry about money on the day, if the first driver had not been late I would’ve given 5 stars.”

“Great driver and great experience”

“The driver had a phone attached to the dashboard and was texting constantly whilst driving fast. It made me nervous. It was technically hands free but when you are punching out numbers into it with one hand and one eye on it and taking corners at speed it does not inspire confidence.”
