“The Taxicode process can only really be described as shambolic. I booked three days in advance only to have a cancellation issued at 1.41 a.m. on the morning before the booking which was for 11.20. I saw this and 4 a.m.and put in a replacement booking. There was no Taxicode confirmation but a cab company texted me to say that they would be there. I called them to check and they promised me they would be there on time...they arrived 30 minutes late despite numerous calls. The journey was also a bit of a shambles as the driver did not know her way...and it transpired the company operated in a totally different part of the country. Anyway the return journey was better...only 15 minutes late. I would actually say that the car company did their best, but not a good Taxicode experience at all.”
