“I have already been in contact with you as at the last minute we were given a car from Pumpkin cars of Slough why I don't know . Seems a long journey. Originally I thought it was Portsmouth cars. Then it was Comfo cars. I called the number that happened to be in Halifax and it just went dead. I have contacted you but nothing yet. Fortunately the driver from Pumpkin Ali was First class . Top man. What was going on have given him a tip. ”

“the driver called to reschedule to an earlier time which was a great inconvenience also he was not helpful with the luggage. it was not a very pleasant experience.”
