“We booked two 16 seater minibuses to collect at 8am. One was early at 7.30am so we could start our journey promptly. This driver was polite, professional and excellent and got half our group to the destination by 9.45am which was our target time. The other minibus, driven by Muhammad, was late, arriving 8.50am - 50 minutes late. This lateness caused a lot of stress for the remainder of our group. This lateness also meant traffic congestion had built up near our destination. As a result, this late mini bus arrived to our destination just after 11am, rather than 9.45am. This significantly impacted our day and meant we missed 1.5 hours worth of our itinerary at Aston Martin, Silverstone. The driver had no good reason for his lateness. Other than 'traffic'. After pick up, he stopped to get petrol, even though he had all day to sort this out. This delayed our journey home by a further 20 minutes.
I want to be clear that one minibus provided excellent service. It was a shame the other behaved so terribly.”
