“I am writing to express a complaint about the taxi service I used today.
The taxi itself was spacious and the driver was both skilled and kind. I truly appreciate the driver’s professionalism and kindness. That's why I give a five star for driver.
However, I regret to inform you that there was a minor issue that I need to address. The taxi arrived 40 minutes later than the scheduled time.
I understand that traffic in London can be unpredictable and often congested. It's understandable if the taxi arrives slightly late, perhaps around 20 minutes. Unfortunately, on this occasion, the taxi driver arrived 40 minutes behind schedule. This is quite disappointing.
Fortunately, our plans for today were not extremely time-sensitive, so we were able to manage the delay. However, had we had important commitments such as client meetings or flights, a delay of 40 minutes could have been highly problematic.
I sincerely hope that such incidents will be avoided in the future.
Additionally, I would like to inquire whether it would be possible to receive a voucher for future use. Considering the time we had to spend waiting for the taxi, I believe it would be reasonable to expect a voucher as compensation.
