“We went to the taxi pickup area and there was no taxi. Our train had been a bit late so we got to the platform about 5 minutes after our reservation was booked. We didn’t see the taxi and couldn’t reach anyone so we gave up around 7:10 and used another taxi service there. After we had already gotten in the other taco and started moving, we got a phone call from the driver saying he was at the Hilton. As a tourist, I had no idea where that was and was already inside another moving taxi.
Then the office called me 10 minutes later to let me know the driver was looking for me. I informed him I had already found another taxi as I couldn’t find your driver and attempts to contact you failed. He proceeded to get belligerent and blame me saying your company tried to call me multiple times and I didn’t answer. My phone doesn’t show any missed calls from your company.
Regardless, I’ve had nothing but a bad experience with this company and will be seeking a refund.”
