“dear, i would like to inform you that Mr Lieckens waited for a while and the driver never showed up - he never received a message but the amount due was paid from my credit card. i feel very disappointed! Mr Lieckens is our director and with this late arrival he would have appreciated a correct pick up!”

“I received an email on the day to say it would be Dani. I rang Dani and he said he was no longer able to do it and to ring the other number. I rang the other number to confirm and was told that someone else was doing it. Noone turned up. After 2 calls to the main number I was told it had 'broken down' and I would have to make other arrangements and was told I would receive a refund, by that time we were running very late. I emailed you on 13 Sep but still have not received a refund. I will have to take legal action unless full refund provided within 24 hours. Noor Blumer”

“We had arranged a pick-up in downtown London. But the driver was unable to find us. We gave the dispatcher our physical street address, but we did not connect. Finally, the dispatcher gave up, and refused to try anymore. So, we returned home by another cab. Net result: we prepaid for a trip that you never provided!
I know everyone was frustrated at this time. But your dispatcher could have resolved it by suggesting we move to a location that was easier to find. Instead he just blew us off. NOT the way to treat your customers!!!”
