“The driver was late 20 mins for a 15 mins drive at a pre-booked transfer at 5:30 a.m. on a Sunday. Got messaged by a controller 10 mins beforehand to check if we are ready. Waited outside for 10 mins while receiving messages with differing info about the car(s) picking us up. When the car pulled up 20 mins after the pre-booked time, of course we missed our train. Fortunately we could get the next train leaving 15 mins after the one we originally wanted to use… Had I known the taxi wasn’t waiting outside the hotel for us at 5:30 a.m. I would have just hailed us a cab really. Why bother booking a taxi beforehand when it seems that the controller just assigned a car while we were already waiting outside our hotel? I wouldn’t recommend the service and wouldn’t use it again.”
